Customer's satisfaction is attained whenever the customer exchanges with the translator about the text which has to be translate prior to consenting to the translating agreement. This way, the text to be translated's context will be better understood.

Since 1986 texts, articles, letters, projects, guidelines and other such things have been translated to my customers' entire satisfaction.
